Danny Rose makes permanent Bury switch

The news you've been waiting for....

Danny Rose has made his loan move from Barnsley to Bury a permanent one, signing a three-year deal with the League Two club.

The striker, 20, arrived at Gigg Lane on an emergency loan on Friday before coming off the bench to score during the team's 2-0 win over Hartlepool.

Rose, who spent the end of last season with the Shakers, has now joined David Flitcroft's for an undisclosed fee.

Thought Danny Rose was ok vs West Ham. Downing beat him a couple of times in the 1st half but 2nd half he was solid
