Great solution for us and him.

He leaves Rangers, head held high, 2 consecutive promotions, new challenge in the big city, exciting phase for him and his new wife, right into the Premiership, less pressure, lower expectations, no goldfish bowl etc

We find a manager who can employ a range of tactics to suit his players' strengths, opposition weakness, players' form on the day etc, who can effect changes instantly if necessary to improve the performance, who has no old pals in the side, who observes a certain distance from his players, who'd be delighted to work at a facility like Murray Park for £200k-£300k per year, and who'd give the youngsters more game time, who is more attack-minded .....I could go on

The only losers in all this would be Palace

(But, sadly, it ain't gonna happen. Palace's scouts cannot be that blind or daft.....can they?!)
