Nev summed it up in the commentary: "ponderous", we were slow and clumsy today, Cleverly and in particular, Fletcher, were keeping hold of the ball far to long IMO.

None of our signings got in the game so it was the same ol' nonsense from last year (only with the second-stringers.)
Things can only get better...might be like half a dozen new players in a couple of weeks and the tough climb to the top will begin. Or don't you think Di Maria and the other three new signing will make a difference. Will be like a brand new team. So hush a while and be patient.
