On the basis of yesterday it is safe to say Ramsey and Wilshere do not play well together, both of the thrive in the position of the pivot next to Arteta behind a no 10 like Ozil or Cazorla.....
Secondly Cazorla clearly shines in a central role and not on a wing but this means Ozil being shunted on the wing where he is ineffective.
However my point was since when did we 'have' to accommodate all these players, as far as I am concerned the man in form should play, and it should then be down to the person on the bench to displace them.... Mou or Fergie always played the man in form not a man based on their reputation...
I think sometimes Wenger is too loyal to his players and this is detriment to him and the team... .

May be unpopular but I think on recent performances Ozil should makeway as has looked out of sorts, and lacking fitness/confidence.
If AW believed in him (at the moment) he would play him in a more central role.

Ozil's best position is the centre, but then Cazorla is wasted on the left and the team unbalanced.. hence why one of them should be dropped

For me it has to be Ozil as Cazorla offers far more going forward and tracking back than the German. He ran his socks off last night, especially when we went down to 10.

Rosicky won't be starting games as long as both Ozil and Cazorla are fit. And there's absolutely no way we'll line up against Leicester without either of them, and Alexis.
Rosicky's a great player to have in the squad though.

Agree with the OP, having good depth doesn't mean having to fit all the players into a system that hinders us. Play the best system, leave the rest on the bench, rotate.
