Yep I hear what you're saying and I agree to an extent, but Gary Cahill is seriously going to be Englands centre back for a good few years to come.

We missed out on Jones, so I hope we don't miss out on Cahill, however good this other guy is (and he is good).

A sensible transfer would be Cahill in Ngog out plus a cash adjustment.

Don't get me wrong I loved our Spanish armada team. But they came up short in the end and the player we really pinned our hopes on let us down when we needed him most. I don't blame Kenny for sticking with UK players.

I rate cahill very high by the way and reckon he will be england number one for the coming years.

if an english player is quality spend the money but no on players like henderson.

This strikes me as a Comoli signing. Knows Suarez so therefore he can help adapting to the PL. I do think we need a mix, not a minority of Continental players.

coates is a class centre back, he will be playing at the very top level in a few years time. now is the time to get him in, hopefully suarez will persuade him to sign for us being uruguayan,

man city are also interested but if they get him then i think we should look at nedum onuoha. i think he's a pretty good player as well as being young and english, something which kenny seems to like.

Henderson has been good for us so far, he is just finding his feet and is amongst much better players than he is used to. His first game was against his boyhood club, the majority of his passes are forward, he so far has something like an 89% pass success rate.

leave the guy alone, he is going to be great.
