weather aside. from experience of our major city's are ses pits.spains are beautiful.
Birminghams a complete dump. I like london some parts are beautiful, great transport, everything you could wish to tdo but then again a lot of its a pit. Liverpool and manchester have their polus points certainly but not hugely appealing as far as global cities go.
For me its something the country should look at, our major cities need body work.
But we do have better roads, snow and healthcare so you know, swings and roundabouts.
