It will be the same as City, injuries permitting. I doubt Balotelli and Lallana will be thrown in straight away, both come in the more likely scenario.

OP, switch Lallana and Hendo around so Lallana is on the LCM and Hendo on the right. Otherwise I am with you.

Johnson won't be fit for Spurs, nor Moreno or Skrtl I think. That's why I chose a back four with 3 changes

I don't think Balotelli will start, he's only had a couple of 45 minute appearances in Serie A I'm not sure he's fit enough for over that in the Premier League.
