the independent QC Tim Kerr had reached a different decision last April and upheld the FL ruling barring MC from owning Leeds?
Where would we be now and who would we have signed?
Hard to imagine we would be in a better position financially or that we would have so many exciting young players even though we still don't know how it will all pan out.
I'm excited but I know it could all go ti ts up.
Either way I know it won't be boring.
Last season was so depressing damn near killed me!
Bring it on!!!

Someone else would have bought the club. The worst that could have happened is that the club would have gone into administration and sold onto to the highest bidder.
We will never know. The suggestion is that there was no alternative is the same nonsense that was written about Bates and GFH. A viable business will attract a buyer unless the finances are so hopeless that liquidation is the only option..
