win the first 2 games then play a weaked team for the first game against madrid? dont think br would do it though

Chelsea is a hard game whether it's with 2 days training or 6 months off.

We have a big enough squad to not worry too much about the fixtures.

Chelsea will be away at Maribor the day after. Easier game but further to travel and a day less between the games.

Not great timing for either club but not a major advantage either way IMO.

Load of rubbish,it's whoever wants it more,and cranks up the heat on the day.
We see this cráp all the time,we've taken advantage sometimes and totally bombed out on other occassions.

Bring it on. I don't care when or where or who we play, just bring it on. The City game I think will have benefitted us, it brought us back down to mother Earth.

The huge increase in the quality of the squad will now become more evident than before. Just bring on the next game.

That's four nights sleep, three in their own homes, one in a five star hotel. Added to that a four hour flight in first class.

Welcome to the big boys league. Better to be in than out. Your squad has been increased in numbers so it's just a case of waiting 'til Feb to know if the depth is there. Best not to dwell on it and just get on with it.
