Is Ozil a flop?

Yes or No

He used to get subbed around the 70th min mark didnt he when Mourinho managed him.
i dont know to be honest. Have to wait until Arsene buys a better striker and Walcott returns. Then you might see a different Ozil but so far.. he just coasts through games doing nothing much.

Can't see an end to Ozil's sufferring because of Wenger's reluctance to buy a striker. Such a huge shame as he was one of my favorite players when he was at Madrid.

Yes. Been very underwhelming so far. Not helped by Wenger playing him out of position, but he hasn't helped himself either.

Özil has been one of my favourite players for about 5 years now, regardless of him playing for Arsenal.

He's a world class footballer, better than any Liverpool or United player and equal with any City or Chelsea player when on form, but it hasn't clicked for him in the Prem yet for whatever reason and he hasn't shown what he's capable of.

I suppose that's a good thing for Chelsea and the other top teams but it makes me sad.

At the moment he hasn't lived up to the £42m price tag. But that doesn't mean he can't or won't. A proper striker up front would probably lead to better Özil performance.

You think I support Arsenal?

The other Araenal players are clogging up the middle, that's why he is under performing.

Cazorla drifts in, all your strikers drop deep Sanchez will come in at times and Ramsey will charge forward.

What's he meant to do? The rest of the team are denying him space by coming into his area of the field. He tries to get in to space and as a result is force away from the areas of the pitch were he can influence a game.

If you want to get more out of Ozil you need a few players to stay in the actual position they have been given.

If Ozil is the number 10 why is Ramsay constantly in and around the box? He is more interested in scorin goals than playing his position, he is Ozil's out ball.

This lack of positions discipline is also a major reason why the good teams absolutely horse you.
