Mignolet 6- Not a lot to do really, made one good save. Questionable decision to come out when Adebayor almost lobbed him. Should have stayed or fully committed himself, lucky to get away with it.

Manquillo 7- Solid performance both offensively and defensively, has a great first touch and I can see him being an outlet to many 'Hollywood balls' from Gerrard because of it.

Lovren 5.5- Another shaky performance from him i'm afraid. Positioning was off at times, and dives in on every single tackle when it seems completely unnecessary for him to.

Sakho 6.5- Decent game, made some good tackles, not too sure about the Lovren-Sakho partnership though, both players like to attack the ball too much, early days though.

Moreno 8.5- Up and down, up and down constantly, so much energy, solid defensively and a huge threat going forward. 12 feckin mil!

Hendinho 8- Same old soid consistent performance from Hendo, energetic and played some great passes, another assist aswell.

Gerrard 6.5- Helped out the cb's a lot with some good defending, however his passing was off at times, good penalty as usual.

Sterling 8- Another goal and he's beginning to be that player who's at the right place at the right time to score goals. Such a frightening player with the ball at his feet, maybe has to work on his composure a little, the finish after the 'messiesque' dribble through the Spurs defence was shocking.

Balotelli 6.5- Looks a bit rusty, should have scored a couple but still some decent bits of play, held the ball well and some decent link up play. Would have liked to see him and Studge link up a bit more though.

Studge 7- Led the line well and was a goal away from a very good performance, good contribution in our first goal
