Twice in one week have I woken up to news that we are signing players (Blind and now Falcao) and I love it. What a transfer window we have had! The latter really came out the blue and whilst this is a fantastic signing... I cant help but feel this has some very clear signals about other players. Hernandez and Welbeck must surely be on their way as they cant be starting ahead of Rooney, RVP or Falcao. Hoping Danny will be on loan cause I think he has a lot more to offer whereas I think Hernandez is just less useful.
Also have to question why we are signing another striker when we have glaringly more important positions to fill. I don't believe we are not scoring goals because of the individuals but rather our team has such poor movement in the final third. Especially our midfield who rarely vacate their position about 15 yards from the box and just don't support the forwards.
A little baffled as to why we are having him on loan but we cant complain!

I think a loan deal is far better than us actually signing him because the attack should be the least of our worries right now so I'd be confused as to why we'd sign a big name striker permanently.
We still need to reinforce in the middle of the field though..

Yeh does anyone know if the loan has an option to buy afterwards?

Seems LvG thinks otherwise.
Once we have some of our injured players back, and Blind, Herrera and Rojo start to feature, perhaps we wont be clamouring after CBs and CMs as badly?

Exactly, people seem to forget the injuries we are dealing with
