Problem is that by selling Lewis we'd only be delaying the inevitable, his fee would keep us going til October rather than September so why sell ?

Final straw for me if we punt our best player to raise money to pay Ally's dud signings - Simonsen, Foster, Smith, Robinson, Miller et al.

Selling Wallace to pay Smith at least makes sense. Macleod is the best thing to come from this whole stitchup, to sell him before we've even had a run at Div 1 would be the final nail.

The only bright spot is that the board appear to be in their death throes.

Even if the fans had bought season tickets at the same level it would have only been an extra 6m and clearly that wouldn't be enough.

If we don't sell Wallace or McLeod today I'll be surprised.

We might not even reach the accounts stage.

According to Jackson in DR , they refused King access to the books but allowed a 3rd party to see them. 3 rd party was last seen heading for the hills !!!! This tells you all, they want King on board under their terms and without telling him the star of the business. They're mad ! I really believe this is close to the end for this lot but with Ashley -Easdale alliance who really knows what might happen.
