Unfortunately he is out of contract and because he was still on Premiership wages his agent is looking for a better deal than we offered. However we may still up our offer as he really wants to stay.

If he's on Premiership wages, was player of the season and is holding out for a better offer I can't see him coming to us!

The rumour on Owlstalk is that his family (brother & sister) live & work in Wombwell & he wants to move north to be closer to them!

Personally, I think he'd be a good signing. Thought he was the best player on the pitch when we played at The Valley last season.

Everything fine pal. Going through the hot season over here which I hate!! Yes, defo sticking with this site. I don't believe in this chopping and changing of sites or being a poster on each and every one of them! I believe we should all stick to just one site to make it stronger, and this one seems to be the best of the bunch

It's hot and humid here, too. Thunderstorms most days as well.

I'll stick to this site then if most other people are on here. I'm still using new-606 but sportwitness seems to have died a death.
