We either need to complete a signing of at least one player but realistically need a defender, DM and a striker. Failure to do so and someone should lose their job for incompetence. I don't see what goes on behind closed doors so cant say whether it should be Wenger, Gazidis or someone else. Surely having a reasonable squad and the chance of some success and maintaining revenue from merchandising etc has got to be worth the investment.

I've probably supported Arsenal from before you were born. Unlike the kids who have never known anyone but Wenger I have seen us as an average team but this is the first time I have felt that the club are not doing all they can to improve.

I was agreeing with everything you wrote until you said the above which is utter tripe. Wenger has gone on record for more than a decade and demonstrated his personal reluctance at spending money. I know you are a fan but at this particular moment most other Gooners are very upset and to make the above claim is infuriating.
