Not sure what happened and I though he had signed for us. Sounds like some dodgy deal has been done

This is weird it seems we would only pay 1.5m they wanted 3m, either he's worth 3m or not good enough.

Maybe we agreed £1.5m and then they upped the price to £3m, talks break down then olympiacos swoop in with the original price. We then buy from the Greeks for £1.5-2m to make it worth their while and avoid paying an extra million

However I look at it, it's a strange one!

What relationship do we have with the Greeks to do this/them help us?

Maybe a percentage of any future fee if we sign/sell him on? Glad he came as he had rave reviews, but it's normally a club buys then loans a player they want out.

That could explain a lot of things.....but I am still confused

Conspiracy theories eh!!! this transfer window Henen is transferred to Olympiakos then we take him on loan to go into our under 21 development Squad, obviously more to it otherwise why would a Club take a player on loan but not play him.

He may make the jump up to the full squad if he performs well enough.

Must admit will only be glad to have him if we get him as a permanent deal. Doesn't make any sense at all to me this deal?
