I've only just calmed down to give my unbiased opinion of Wayne Rooney at international level!
He contributed virtually nothing to our 2-0 defeat of Switzerland,is woefully out of form yet is still undroppable for England,why?
The thing that riles me the most is that he is so obviously holding back the rest of the England team,Wayne Rooney plays for nobody but Wayne Rooney,end of!
All this carp about "Here's the big man" just proves it,England will not progress with Rooney but he cannot stop himself from wanting the lion's share of the glory when we finally come out of our slump!
Rooney,get out of England NOW and let the youngsters come through,your time is up and you've been awful in an England shirt for a decade now!

I baited the trap and you fell straight into it,apart from a small 5-yard pass to Sterling he contributed pretty much nothing!
Anyone on this forum could have made that pass,yet we're supposed to raise him above our heads in celebration as the Captain of England and pay him £300,000 per week for that,I think not!
What else do he contribute apart from one easy 5-yard pass?You've mentioned nothing else because there was nothing else!

Exactly my point,he doesn't fit in at all unless we play 4 up front or one of Sturridge,Sterling or Wellbeck is injured!
In fact I'd even put Ricky Lambert ahead of him for his hold-up play and unselfishness,something that "Big Man" Rooney will never be accused of!
