I should probably clarify before I get ripped into by an arsenal fan, I meant 'challenge towards the top of the league', not 'challenge at the top', I'm not suggesting we are title contenders

Spurs need money to build the stadium. Yanks will lend in return for a stake in the business. If JL doesn't want to sell no one can make him. Its a private entity, shares are not traded. If this is a smokescreen to mask another interest I'm just hoping it is a monumentally rich individual who simply wants to add a 'soccer' team to his portfolio and back it with seriously large bucks, roubles, shekels or riyals and then sods off to let MoPo get on with it.

Where can I sign up to the Protest Group?
I know most of you will be so livid that looting will probably break out in N17 at the prospect of Spurs trying to move up a step by using outside money.
