Stevie has been sitting out of competitive training sessions. I think he will be a few weeks away yet. No point in rushing him back as we have an abundance of midfielders.

I hope we play a mix of youth and fringe players. I just hope we have some quality on the bench. Remember last season against Northampton and Woy put a bunch of kids on the bench. It is a cup game and upsets happen.

Exeter drew at OT a few years back.

Maxi needs match time and I'd have Shelvey in there too.

I think it depends on the attitude of the players he picks. If he picks a team of players that arent going to get regular games are they going to be bothered or are they going to use the match as an opportunity to show theyre worth a first team place?
Kenny said in an interview that everyones attitude has been first class so hopefully the latter.
Id like us to take the competition seriously, we dont have Europe so we could play a strong side but Id also prefer to see some of the younger players used such as Flanagan, Robinson and Coady.

Good team Didi. Skrtel needs match fitness, Robinson and Flanno need loads of game time for experience.

I am not sure what is going on with aquilani. His big mouth agent was talking up an AC Milan move again yesterday.

I don't think we can play N'Gog or he will be cup-tied for his Bolton move.

If Shelvey is about then I'd quite happily play him instead of Cole, for the same reason as N'Gog. I thought he was out on loan though?

I can see Kenny playin Carroll to hopefully get him scoring... hopefull get to see sterling and im prayin pacheco plays...... pls play him lol

I would like to think that Sterling gets a start and the chance to impress but think this could be decided upon the conditions of the game and pitch (think he may struggle to impact on a boggy pitch)

Agree with Carroll playing for goals and for Henderson to start in the middle but would like to see possible Kelly in CB
