No, he said ages ago rumours of him being fit for the Spurs game were pure fantasy.
He is expected to step up his training schedule in the next couple of weeks.

Buying Welbeck has taken the pressure of Wenger to rush Theo back. And thats the right way to go. Although we won't really be balanced till, Alexis, Welbeck, Theo are the front 3 with Ozil just behind.
