I for one have removed the splinters.

Ok, having sat firmly on the fence and watched the events unfold since January, I was scared having been sucked in by Bates, blindly declaring faith & love in all things GFH because they weren't Bates, it is now time to take the plunge and declare my support for the President.

He was firm and did what he felt was right by the club and cut the costs wherever he felt he should and could on and off the field, removed the shadow of Admin by paying our debts and paying wages before he owned us.

Has brought in 15 (last count) new players 5 or 6 who are starting to make a significant difference to our style of play and the qualpity of it. Regardless of what happens for the remainder of this season we as fans can see that these players have the ability to play football, the buck now stops with the new coach and the players themselves to show this on a consistent basis. We can shake off the journeyman & loanee era at long last it has been made very clear IMO that if you want to play for the shirt you are welcome if not just do one..

We are no longer reading negative press day on day the agenda of which being only to ridicule our great club, no they are now pricking their ears and watching our resurgence with bated breadth.

He very quickly addressed his mistake of Head Coach and without actually knowing Cellino I believe he has learned by it, the long search for the new man indicates that to me.

My only outstanding is the ER buy back but if what I read is true then he has started on that and it will be our house again in November.

So in reflection Massimo carry on as is for me, I am off the fence the splinters no longer hurt and boy does it feel good again.

Oh I almost forgot, he stuck one on the Football League

It pays to wait and see. We waited. Now we see.
MC is very good for this club. The players are settling in. And the football is getting real saucy now.

It does pay to wait and see, but all the really wealthy got into the deal at the beginning...!

Re splinters, there are some will need them surgically removed. They can be helped. They are open to change. I am happy to help them.

Sadly some enjoy the pain, they need the splinters pushing a little bit further in and twisting, they like the pain...! I think they deserve the pain (they've given us enough over the years!!)

Eric, I like reading your posts for the most part but you do like to look at things only in black and white, don't you?

Stevie Dee, I also respect your opinion on many things Leeds but you don't need to deride those of us who remain a little sceptical as to the merits of our owner; that's just puerile and by doing so, I think you demean the position of respect which your posts have otherwise earned you.

A spectrum of opinion is healthy. Jesus, it's not surprising that some of us find it difficult to summon up blind faith in a new owner, given the recent history of the club, is it?

Jaz, can i just make 2 points?

I dont think any on here deride people who are somewhat sceptical, rather the type who are relentlessly negative but go missing when something positive happens.

Also, you say blind faith. Practically no one was positive about cellino when he first came in. Faith has been building for most reasonable leeds fans over the last few months.

Jaz - I was deriding myself. I think you'll find I've been more negative than most on here under the likes of Bates and GFH.

I've been pro-Cellino from the off, call it gut instinct. As for deriding others I believe I've been described as having my head in the sand over Cellino and all that came with him. It is what it is as they say.

I admit to taking the mick perhaps more than I should but derision of others on a generic basis, not guilty m'lud.

I welcome views from all, serial negativity for the sake of it is somewhat sapping and pointless.

It might all go t1ts up so those who harbour doubts might still be proven right.

No I like to look at things in a sensible way. I read comments and I digest them before I shoot from the hip, or lip.

I don't know how you can say I only see things in black and white, I don't even know what you mean by that.

I have considered the time under Massimo Cellino as a hoot from the beginning, a roller coaster ride and have always said I haven't got a clue where we're going under him. What I have also said is it will be entertaining, and it has proved to be so.

Entertaining on the field and off it.

If you think that's me seeing things in black and white I suggest you get your shade balance checked by an optician
