Alexis on the bench. Ozil out wide. Only Wilshere benefits from the 4-3-3/4-1-4-1.

Very disappointed Sanchez didn't come on for Ramsey.

He will not be on until late on the game, unless we are losing.

We looked so much better with Sanchez and Chamberlain down the flanks.

And yet come Wednesday it'll be the same tired Wenger tactic of pushing a central midfielder out wide taking us right back to the same predictably slow shower of shíte we saw for mot of the game today. The man's clueless.

I've been a big supporter of Wenger in the past, but I really can't see why he persists with this system of having an 'inverted winger' on the left (Ozil or Cazorla), which inevitably results in them coming inside, slowing up our play, and congesting the centre of the park.
The worrying thing is that I think Wenger sees it as the long-term solution for the club - Dan Crowley has been playing the role for the Under-21s, I believe.
I agree, it's so frustrating that he just doesn't see something that apparently the majority of us fans on these forums do.
