Pretty interesting comments from the man at the top of the youth structure. I don't know about the rest of you, but I feel 2014 marks a new juncture where Arsene is trusted to lead the team to their potential, but with less power to shape the direction of the club. Gazidis's appointment of Forsythe and Jonker are indicative of this for me, and I think in that respect, the next 2 years become fascinating.
