Arsenal fan here.
just wondering if nasri will be in ur starting XI, although i assume u will rotate a lot.
will it look something like this, now that mancini wants to be more attacking?
---------------------------Hart------------------------
--Richards--Kompany--Lescott--Kolarov--
----------------------De Jong-----------------------
------Nasri-----------Silva-----------Milner------
---------------Aguero--------Dzeko---------------
will he go more defensive than this, with a 442 midfield of nasri, de jong, milner, Silva?
will barry play instead of de jong?
will clichy play instead of kolarov?
will tevez play somewhere in that team.
u guys look odds on to win the title this season with that team

You honestly think they would drop Yaya Toure?
It would most likely be Milner/Dzeko to make way for Nasri.

No Yaya Toure

Yaya will start more than milner, and will be more central pushing Silva out to the left (albeit i expect Silva and Nasri to interchange and swop positions throughout a game.) On current form Dzeko should be given a run, but you can not knock Tevez, and what he has done for us in the last 2 years.
One guarentee, is that they will work hard for each other, and be exciting to watch

Nasri will be in the sqaud with the other 25 and will play when and how Mancini wants. I couldnt begin to second guess him as some selections come right out of left field.

Sorry 24, unless you could the under 21's

Aslong as it means no more 2 defensive midfielders (combined with a sometimes defensive Yaya) I am all for it, Man City were alot more exciting to watch last game whilst De Jong was in the stands. I would expect him to repace Barry in the first team though...

I couldnt begin to second guess [Mancini]

Our squad as it stands is pretty big. But the total number of players who feature in Mancini's plans (over the age of 21 who have to be included in the 25-man squad) is actually relatively small. It's around 21-22 players (including Nasri).

Actually I think we'll see Yaya playing a bit deeper, as he did against Blackburn, reprising his former role at Barcelona.
The nature of De Jong's game is likely to result in both injuries and suspension. Also with new signings, I think Yaya will be able to bring more defensively than going forward x

I think that will be our strongest formation, but with Silva out on the right and Yaya in the middle instead of Milner. That way Nasri and Silva are free to switch sides and change it up.
Clichy will probably be our LB in our strongest line up, although Kolarov will probably play against more physical sides, as he did Bolton the other day.
