The water table around Old Trafford also improved last night, something to do with the tears from the spuds fans.

Mensa=a table.
Mensa=O table.
Mensae=of a table. Mensa is a noun of the first declension,there are five declensions and you have just learned the singular of the first declension. Mensa O table is the vocative tense. You would use it when invoking a table.
