Hamilton going back to McLaren??

Why leave a dominant force to go to a team that essentially pushed you out the first time

Guv, if Hamilton DID return, my guess would be Alonso going to Mercedes. I don't think Hamilton will return yet, but this IS F1, and who knows what will happen.

MUDD, we are led to believe Hamilton hasn't opened negotiations with Mercedes, nor spoken to any other team. Do we seriously believe that?
And if Ron Dennis can persuade him that the Honda power unit is better than Mercedes and that their aero package is better, oh and offer him Mega bucks more, he could be tempted. Still think he'll stay put for now.

Ron Dennis was instrumental in Hamilton leaving McLaren. The wounds are still fresh. Do not see it happening at all.

I would not be surprised to see Hamilton at Ferrari if Kimi retires after next season

I don't ever see Lewis at Ferrari myself.

I thought it was more Whitmarsh who 'forced' Hamilton out. Dennis seems to me to be more pragmatic. I got the feeling it was more 'if he wants to leave let him'. He did the same with Senna. I hadn't heard of any falling out between the two.

I see the BBC are now talking about Hamilton back to Mclaren, though not till 2016. However if Rosberg wins WDC this year I reckon a year sooner.

Just seen this, great showing of Mercedes logo by the people. Hamilton and Rosberg gonna do battle. Double points interesting. I am hoping for Daniel Ricciardo to miraculously be in the hunt come final race but realistically it is between hamilton and rosberg now.
