My assessment of some the latest touted candidates:
Steve Clarke. Of course, great opportunity for us, we'd be mental not to. Looks a bit like the cartoon character, Droopy.
Phil Brown. Would be OK, but only OK. With his permatan and mad-staring eyes, looks like he's about to sell you a Sports edition of a Vauxhall Astra.
Tony Mowbray. Forfecksake nononono. Miserable looking git with a habit of producing miserable teams. Face like a cartoon witch.
Malkay Mackay. I actually rate him and I think he'd sort a squad out. Might not get on with LCY. Looks a little bit like Kevin Spacey. Crossed with Fred Flintstone. Yabbadabbarentboy!
Chris Hughton. Very likeable bloke. Doesn't really inspire me as a manager, seems a bit of a plodder. Looks like a beatboxer when he wears a tracksuit, like Barrack Obama when he wears a suit.
Neil Lennon. Could do a very good job, but can we ever, as a club, get over the ginge factor? Looks like a smacked arze, a very pale, ginger arze that's been properly whacked with a paddle. Like in them movies. Which I've never seen.

Di Canio has applied for the job.
He'll get the training running on time.
Peter Reid wants a job as well but as some sort of coaches guru.

Clarke would be my choice no doubt. Hughton my 2nd choice. I think phil brown has been and gone as a manager tbh. Malky mckay no because of the text scandal and also mr tan thinks he is a very poor manager. Mowbray just no. Di caniNO. Lennon unsure about. Unsure of his motives in going for the bolton job so no.

You could get Mourinho on a free ..and he'd still struggle to get us into the top half of the division. You just can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear ...and with no money to purchase a bigger, better part of the pig ...whoever comes in faces a torrid time. There will be no shortage of applicants though, as even Bolton pay better money than the dole
