Am I the only one who misses a monster?

Roy Keane, Jaap Stam, Van Bommel, Pepe, Effenberg and perhaps even Vidic... players you definitely DO NOT want to be up against.

I thought Man United always had the right amount of 'dirty' in big games. Not seeing any at the moment.

I think Marcos Rojo is going to have a bit of an angry side to him. I reckon he'll give someone an almighty booting at some point.

Costa is meant to be a dirty player with a violent streak in his but he has behaved so far

The thing is, one little bite and you're banned so players have to play with cotton wool.

These type of players are a dying breed I'm afraid. The game is going softer really.

Pogba might have added this to our midfield... ...

It's funny, we all loved the headcases that were flying into people during the 70's, 80's and early 90's but they'd be an absolute liability now

There's no "let him know you're there" tackles allowed anymore, some players commit 2-3 very minor offences during a game and they're off.

There's also this nonsense about players "having the right to go down" if they feel contact as well as getting booked because your foot is raised off the ground slightly or because of the follow through force, a challenge is deemed reckless
