What the OP means is has Rosberg overtaken /passed Hamilton during a race and won it. Like what Lewis did to him in Japan.

Any races he's beaten him he's been ahead of him from the start

No, and I don't remember Rosberg winning a race on even footing with Hamilton. I don't mean where Rosberg has cheated I just mean Hamiltons qualiy breakdowns for example

He did win Austria on equal footing. Hamilton screwed up in quali and could not overtake him in the race

Still a no though.
