Good question. If the pen is is still attached then my guess would be its still rape.

I don't mean this to sound flippant, just struggling with finding the right words, transsexualiy is obviously a sensitive issue of itself.

I personally wouldn't be against his return, he has served his time. I wouldn't want him playing for liverpool as a fan but have nothing against him returning in general. He should expect a barrage of abuse from fans, but if he is brave enough to deal with that, fair play.

Too many people get offended nowadays but your right, if it happened to a friend or member of my family id be angry at any jokes about rape
