Balotelli will fail at Liverpool

Liverpool played brilliant football last season with brave forward passing coupled with speed and movement in forward areas nearly bringing the title to Anfield.

I struggle to find a single characteristic in Balotelli's game that suits Liverpool.

He's a physically powerful target man, who can occasionally do something brilliant. What Liverpool need is a Suarez type.

Someone quick, skillful, great off the ball, creative, clinical and a team player. Balotelli is static, lazy, selfish and a very average goalscorer. His power and ability to hold up the ball are strengths that Liverpool don't require for that role. He is ruining the forward play and has to go.

I suggest Rodgers ends this in January.
