I can't believe I didn't go. So gutted.
Great stuff though, we really must be a good side! And I hope Balanta is ok!

And has anyone noticed an all-round deterioration in quality on the OS?
Each match report is riddled with mistakes and the pictures look like they were taken on a camera-phone.

Agreed hazsa, with the pictures not being good on the website in the match reports. The pictures in the sepperate albums are better. Jabo taken of as a precaution hopefully and same with Balanta.

Not even gonna feckin' talk about the result now, AITMK..
..I bet you're an armchair supporter that'd go to a big team like Arsenal but wouldnt go to Bury! Just about sums up our support if a twot like you, would go about booing and hating on Aaron Wilbraham, FACT the 2nd Highest scorer in our history!
Echoing what a friend has said tonight, NEVER have I wanted someone to score against us other than tonight, just to shut up fickle mugs like you up! If you were there tonight, and one of the idiots singing "Aaron Aaron Aaron Aaron Aaron Wilbraham, he does F all! He does F All! then I hate to say it fella but you're an absolute fool!
Football is about opinions, and I respect that, I can respect the fact that you may not even like him as a player, but Aaron Wilbraham was, and IS still to this day one of the best players to have pulled on a Dons shirt! He's left the club, and achieved what he wanted to leave for, and he left with nothing but good words to say about this club! He's always praised the fans that boo him, he's always praised the club and is an absolute legend who I'd have back any day of the week!
I can guess you're one of the lads that would have cheered Jabo Ibehre's name all 90 minutes if that was him in Alby's boots tonight!

Well said McMaccer.
I always found that most of those who criticized Albie had the least grasp on the game tactically and couldn't really comprehend the idea that he was probably the most important part of our attacking play in his time with us.
They usually had a failure to look beyond the simplistic view of "oh, he's on his a***e again" without grasping that winning free kicks and dragging defenders into areas of the pitch was what gave the team more attacking options. That, allied with a great fist touch, creativity & vision made him a pivotal player for us.

I even stopped to think if I went too harsh on Anarchy or not! But I'm not having that, I support all of my players, but fans who can't see a real footballer (On his day, IE the 07/08 and 08/09 seasons and before) but would happily cheer on a striker who'd scored 5 goals in 2 years before this season baffle me!

I didn't and don't like his style of play, I don't think 'winning free-kicks' is any excuse is for the amount of time he spent on the ground, pulling defenders shirts, or gobbing off to the ref.
That's my opinion, i'm entitled to it as you are entitled to yours. I also like to think I have a decent tactical grasp of the game, I did get Braintree Town to the Premiership on FM2010 after all
That being said, the booing of Alby is not only wrong, but completely needless.

Like I said in my mini rant Hasza I can appreciate you not liking him as a player, but the stats speak for themselfs, he's always been a great player for us, I admit he had bit of a cack final two years with us probs down to injuries, but even in the Paul Ince season where everyone was told to change, then with a lot of the season out he grabbed 12 goals...He always gave his all, never always had great performances but was always loyal!

Intersting, Been a season ticket holder since the first move to MK, In fact went to the first 3 at Selhurst before the NHC was ready. I was founder member 21 of the Wimbledon(MK) supporters club and have probably clocked up more miles following MK than most. I travel 150 mile round trip to every home game from London .
Yes, i thought Wilbo was a useless player for MK and am very pleased to see the back of him. My opinion which you have every right to disgree with and call me a idiot if you like, but dont suppose everyone who disagree is with you is an armchair supporter.
I would not be so presumptuous, and nor should you
Rant over, COYD - with or without wilbo.........
