I follow bertrand on twitter and first he retweeted something about our bid for perreira from the sky sports twitter, then straight after he himself tweeted, 'Talent only flourishes with opportunity. Opportunity only arises with stability'.

Its quite sad and frustrating to see this. Bertrand is clearly annoyed, but with the right guidance imo he could be our successor to ashley. Very good defensively and a decent crosser of the ball. We need to show some faith in our youngsters

Bertrand can defend and put a ball in but isn't the best at going forward and puts better ball's in the box than him, with PVA he is better than cole going forward, but cant defend to save his life. Both need a loan to a premiership team, not a championship team.

Bertrand isn't bad going forward, he just doesn't explode forward like Cole doran on form or Nasri. I'd compare him more to Evra with better crossing. If I had to choose one to go it'd be OVA because Bertrand is much more complete. And judging by what he's said if he goes on loan again we probably won't see him come back.
