Step 1) Fire Wenger and hire Sol Campbell as manager. We need a good British manager with progressive coaching ideas and I think Sol is perfect. Him and Bould would ensure that our defence never leaks another goal. Campbell is also a big part of the club and the fans would get behind him easily and give him ample time to enfore his footballing philosophy on the club.
Step 2) Cancel Arteta's contract and make Mertesecker captain. Arteta has been a good servant but he's past it and a bit of a poof. We need some steel in central midfield so not only should we promote Per to captain, but we should make him into a holding midfielder. He rarely mistimes challenges and is tall and intimidating. Very few other players would want to go up against him in a midfield battle.
Step 3) Sell all the crocks. By 'crocks' I refer to brittle players like Walcott, Gibbs, Ramsey, Wilshere, Ox, Welbeck etc. who never play anyway because of constant injury. While some of them are talented, there's no point paying players a salary to get free 24/7 medical attention.
Step 4) Buy Felipe Melo and Christopher Samba. These names were often linked to us in the past and surprise, surprise they are two players who would massively improve the team, possibly even elevating them to the next level.
I think Arsenal would do pretty well with a team of the following and with Sol as coach:
----------------------------Sczezcny----------------------------
Debuchy-----Samba--------Koscienly--------Monreal
---------------------------------------------------------------------
---------------------Mertesecker-----Melo------------------------
Sanchez--------------------Ozil-----------------Gibbs
-----------------------Higuain------------------------------------

Melo and Samba might have been the answer 4 years ago. Time has shown us that those were two very big bullets dodged. Both haven't amounted to anything over the years.

It is really truly pathetic that you've built an online persona (pathetic in itself) off of imitation of RGK, and even more so when considering that RGK imitated and copied Kamran, and is made ultimately and sorrowfully pitiable when you realise that Kamran was nothingness than a copier and imitator himself of Shameless Smith. You must be the absolute softest, most insecure and pitiable young man on the web. I really wish you all the luck in the world in finding things in your life that help you grow in self-esteem and worth. All the best to you, truly.

To the OP.
A devastating left winger. 2 Roy Keane style central midfielders and a centre half in the Vidic mould and Arsenal would have everything they need to win any competition
