A guy I play football with has a shop in the city centre. They've got great artists and the work is top quality. Best contacting them for pricing, don't want to speak for them

The Lucky Cat on Great Western Road is supposed to be one of the best in Glasgow as well.

Actually, after looking at The Lucky Cat site it doesn't seem great. Must be somewhere else I'm thinking of

the best tattoo parlour in glasgow is kaya at partick cross. Paul who runs it tattoos for hells angels, la chapter, they fly him out every year.
