Was that filmed with a hand wound camera Harper. The flicker reminded me of those early Edwardian films you see on history dicumenteries. I suppose it was like that to allow Forest fans to remind themselves of the last time they won a game.

I wish I could be bothered to trawl through some of the pre season hype that they were spouting.

Tommo - amongst the many "we've got the best squad/manager/owner" brigade, one or 2 reddogs could see through the smoke and mirrors.

We have some good players but 18 won't be enough unless we are amazingly lucky with injuries and we need to remember that many of the 18 are injury prone - Lichaj, Cohen, Wilson, Hobbs, Lansbury, Vaughan, Reid. Last season the back up for those players was sub standard. It's great that we've moved on the likes of Miller, Greening, Moussi, Hendo, Raddi and possibly a Cox and Mackie (although to be fair to Mackie he was quite useful). However we still have players like Coliins, Halford, Harding and McLaughlin who to me aren't good enough for a promotion push. So you take away some injured player and include some poor ones and we are no way near the best side in the league. In fact we look ore like mid table again."

Although even he got it wrong - they clearly look more like relegation than mid table!

Apparently the Brentford fans were singing "We're going up with the Derby" at Forest last night.
