Haven't read it all, but dunno why they don't say that the owners have to put the debt of the club on themselves rather than saddle the club with it. Stops people being able to go nuts, fail and then leave it in a poopie state.

Seems like Fawaz wrote the rules himself you have to play fair if you have little money if you have a sugar daddy that will bankroll the club that's okay?

Majorca... I believe the football league and the Premier league work independently of each other.
That is why QPR have not been penalised yet.
