Kenwright, Rover Returns

So Bill would be open to a Rooney return, if that is what player and manager want. Nice time to get some publicity Bill.
It could well be too late now, as his contract at United eats away at his days.

Didn't he sign a long term contract at £300,000 a week at United just last year?

Would be nice to have him back but it'll be at least 3 years away at which point he might not even be half the player he is now and the player he is one isn't a patch on the Rooney of 5 years ago

We shall see

Yes, he does have a nice and fat long term ontract at United, thats why i think it's not going to happen.

The only the way I can see it happening is if his form drops off dramatically and united become desperate to get him off the wage bill

By the time we can afford his wages he'll be knacked and past it. I like to think he'd want to finish his career at Everton, but some of his antics at Utd makes me think money is more important to Rooney than sentiment.
