Possibly was only a quick chat to see what the Thais had to offer and to then go on to other options of investments.

MT - the need to know bracket is in respect to detail. When/if the thais make a real move, we will know, it is also the point when we will need to know.
Before that, the humble fan has nothing but misinformation, misunderstanding of information to speculate and get angry about
