Im guessing we all pretty much feel the same right now, Ally must go.
The man should walk and not wait to see if the board sack him.
He has had 3 years now to get a team on the pitch who can play good football and win important games. He's had cash, countless players, facilities, board backing etc etc etc.
And still the product isnt good enough.
He has to look at his performance and realise that no matter how long the board gives him, he is not the man to get the club playing the way it should.
Im not having a pop at the guy personally. Im sure hes a nice guy and fun to be around, but his tactics, signings and coaching abilities fall way short of the requirement.
Today for example.
Starts the game with almost no wide attacking threat by playing Smith instead of Aird or Templeton.
Smith gets sent off. We seem to go with 5 in midfield with still no attacking threat.
Miller, an attacker, pulled for another Ally signing, hopeless Foster.
Then our one bright spark. A kid who has been scoring and creating all season is pulled for Kris Boyd. A guy who has 2 league goals all season and doesnt run or create anything.
Hopeless Ally, just hopeless.

We had a lot of the game at times yesterday. We just have to work away now.
Ashley sticking by the manager seems to have worked at Newcastle. We'll see how things go.

He doesn't have a future. If, he wants to preserve his history as one our finest ever forwards then he has to do the honourable.
He just isn't cut out to be a manager. Durrant and McDowall are a couple of stooges too.
Need a totally new managerial team in as these lot are totally inept.

we do have a section of those who would see Ally go but the majority are still with him
if we get to Christmas with no points dropped then I expect the gap to have reduced and Ally given more time
