Week One Task:-

First of all, you must name a team captain for each task, this Captain will have to make a link for you to discuss ideas. Captain please post your link here.

You as a team are to be given £30m. I would like you to go and build starting XI based on players based in the transfer market. Thes players must be British/Irish.

You must discuss which players to buy and what they will bring to your team.

Once this has been done, I would like you to acquire a manager, a real life one who is currently unemployed, he can be from anywhere in the World, (you cannot afford to pay compensation for a Manager at a club already) to manage this team also what he would bring to the team.

Once done, you are then required to accomodate this team, tell me where it will be based (In England) and what a football team will bring to the local community and the advantages the town/city will get. Do they already have a football team in that Town/City or is this new for the Town/City?

Also a team name is required, one suitable for League 1.

I would like your final outcomes to have:-

1 - Team Name
2 - Location
3 - Manager
4 - Team Line Up
5 - Team Playing style
6 - Advantages to the Town/City, why you chose the location

You must as a team discuss/argue/agree on all of this before posting your final results.

This team must be able to compete in the English 1st division.

Once both sets of results are done I will look through both to see which I like the best, I will then name the winning/Losing teams.

Whoever the team Captain thinks has contributed least (two members) I will bring in with the team Captain for that week and each of the three members will be given 5 minutes of my time to determine wether they should stay or be fired!
