Why does Neon use the royal we when talking about England? I've seen it before, surely he's not now claiming to support England.

england follow the rules set by the ICC and agreed to by every country afaik

And you're entitled to it Neon as i've said, fair enough. We are all allowed an opinion, just normally when people give it they back it up, when it's a comment like the one you made, i sure would. But to each their own, we are all allowed to make throw away comments and not back it up.
