Nasri joined city

After we spanked the hell out of them last season, twice. Vieira moved to juve then inter after helping us humiliate both teams in their own back yard. Flamini joined milan in 2008 just after we gave the italians a hiding in their own back yard. So our players become attracted to teams who we annihilated, Where's the logic in that ?

Madness, I don't know why all these players would want to leave a club so obviously in the ascendency.

Man City are the new Chelski as players now think because they spend a few quid it guarantees winning trophies. Well just ask Real Madrid how is easy it is to win despite all the money they have spent. Also this should be a word of warning for a lot the players there that were purchased by Mark Hughes as one by one they are all being shown the door.

real madrid are a different case entirely. on the pitch, barca are simply THE best team in the world. if madrid came to the prem, they'd sweep the floor with it. and plus barca have spent a lot of money on their tem also (villa, alves, fabregas, and i'm sure there are a few more there too).

Cos Arsenal are cheapos and expect players to stay with them on much lower terms than other teams offer.

Mikey.......
..........you mean like Kompany, Lescott, De Jong.......Richards (promoted), Hart (promoted).

I agree with your point but you cant really include Richards and Hart in Hughes 'signings' as he didnt really promote them, if anything he ruined the pair of them and Mancini has got them back on track
