Of course its a wake up call, we played the same side 3 times in a week.
They didn't get past Sunderland, (no disrespect to them)
The players must have felt they were in good enough condition to win the game and they weren't !

I think Jose his trainers and medical team that decide if they are in good enough condition.

Say my name, yeah well someone got it wrong didnt they. or have i got it wrong ?
In hind sight do you feel playing the same selection 3 times in 7 days was sensible or should we have used some players from the 25 man squad.
We do have Tottenham coming up?
Im not one to second guess the manager in general, i know he know loads more than me, but in this instance i feel the players were hard pushed.
What do you think ?

Stupid Bookies who paid already on Chelsea?
Yes, but they did it for publicity really
They know there is no way the title can be decided in November when they paid out.
The mighty Sunderland!

PR is not the only reason they do it. The other is that they get punters to recycle their winnings into losing bets.

To be fair farka has a point, Often managers complain about 2 games in a week nevermind 3.

Tco,
I think this result will have a positive effect on us, we are playing well , we never looked like loosing it, but we never looked like winning it.
For aside which has been strolling it will liven everyone up imo.

We need to beat Spurs on Wednesday tho, Drop points then and it becomes a mini crisis, We have a brutal record up at Newcastle however I'm confident we can get 3 points there.

Yeah lets hope the blip stays confined , another draw will be a mini drama, a loss a mini crisis.

I'm worrying to be honest. This team didn't respond well to disappointing results. I hope it's different this year.

Wake up call. Not because I think we have much to worry about but that reminders that we are not all conquering are a good thing. It reminds are players and fans not to get complacent. Complacency is a bad thing.

Re our specific result...let's see how City do at Sunderland this week...although I suspect the Macums aren't going to keep them out as well as us in one week...sadly
