So tomorrow marks the "dreaded" 32 day mark of Neil Redfearn's stint as permanent Leeds United Manager.
Have we learned anything new over the past 32 days? (On the field)
Are the players better than we thought under Hock n Darko?
Is there actually something within this group of players to get excited about?
Can we be optimistic about the festive period & beyond?
Do we look like a team/squad who are slowly coming to terms with what it takes to make it in this country/league?
Can this season be looked at as a step towards building a Championship challenging side in the coming season(s) ?
Now, as we are all aware...we have some "slight off the field issues"
That's not what this is about...this is for on field stuff...ya know the stuff we used to talk about...players, running, tactics, goals, defenders, winning, losing, drawing.
Hopefully a bit of optimism after what was simply our best performance of the season....faultless in all areas imo.....but lets not get carried away just yet!!
For me, some of the players look to have settled really nicely.
I like Bianchi...I know some don't, but he does little bits & bobs in midfield which really compliment the 3 young lads round him.
Antenucci, great finisher...he looks to be the bloke who'll score 10-20 goals this season. A lot of worry pre-season about which of our journeyman strikers would be that guy.
Adryan looks very good. Hopefully we'll tie up something for him asap because I think if used right he could be a massive player for us in the coming years.
Silvestri, again can be a little hit & miss but in my eyes he is 100% Leeds & has/will earn us more points than he has/will lose us.
Cook & Mowatt With Adryan & Bianchi I hope these 4 turn out to be our Strachan Mcallister Speed & Batty...get em playing together consistently and watch us go
Lastly, none of the girly bickering which is plaguing these pages...obviously we wont all agree on everything but lets not act like schoolgirls eh

If you want to go out on the pi ss and guarantee to pick up a slapper, Liverpool is your place, just watch your wallet in the morning.

In keeping with Juds request and not resorting to girly bickering........
This team, as we have seen twice under Redders has the ability and skills to climb the ladder and get comfortably in top 6.
Whether that happens due to lapses of concentration remains to be seen, but I'm confident enough to believe it can happen.
Anti and Duke are both capable of getting 20 goals apiece. I don't know if you've noticed Jud, but Anti has a good acceleration of speed and can cover a lot of ground at top speed.
Adryan is getting better and better with every game. His confidence is growing all time and he has a quick reaction between mind and ball, he's going to be trouble for a lot of teams in future; Cellino should get him on a contract asp.
Cook and Mowatt, both gifted mids, not on top of their game every game, but both are young and will learn and improve.
Bianchi, I love this player, gets on with his job and does what he's there for. A lot of what he does goes unnoticed as VOF said, but I think he's happy for it to be that way.
I don't think Redders should be subbing him like he does, eventually Redders will make his bias towards Cook and Mowatt more obvious, that's my opinion.
Emanulle Giullianelli said at beginning we haven't seen the best of Bianchi yet and I think he's one that's improving with every game.
Silvestri has been good for us all season, with the exception of BBN and the other howler against Cardiff, however, they are things that can be easily fixed for a keeper.
I'd wouldn't be surprised if he got in Italy's squad for next Euros.
I like Bellusci too, I think he's ahead of Pearce. Bellusci, like Bianchi plays with his head and can play the ball out instead of hoofing it all time.
Cooper, love this player as a defender, a no nonsense good defender that Redders shouldn't change to much.
All up, the team as is, has great potential to go all the way as long as the lapses in concentration of course are very minimal.
This team, and Cellino has me excited, I find I'm looking for news on net and on my phone when no puter available, didn't do it so much last season.
Story goes that Cellino has approached Gary Mac to come back to ER, in what capacity is unknown yet.
Maybe the kid on train give Cellino Gary Macs name...
