I love this man, stands his ground and says it as he sees it, got to love him.

Any sensible opinions?
Cellinos interview on Sky

Jud - that's my simplistic thoughts as well. I'm sure the FL are ready for that notion to be rolled out though and the legal teams on both sides are warming themselves up for another confrontation.
The trouble we have is the FL won't want to be beaten again - or they lose what little credibility they already don't have. In theory though I believe he just needs to skulk off into the background, sit in Miami and enjoy the sun until March. I'm sure it won't be that simple though.
Perhaps his best defence might be to go on the attack and start accusing them of a witch hunt (it does have the aroma of one).

I believe the same Jud / VOF,
If Cellino passes responsibility to his son as the man front and centre, then the FL can't do nothing about it; I believe they allowed the same for Carson Yeung, didn't they?

God but I hope all these shenanigans fire up our players and supporters for the next few games.
A roaring ER with songs similar to "15 points we don't give a $%£^" could be helpful.

Agreed clockwork - that's why I blocked him.
He's in there with meme, Clive and a couple of others now. Not many mind. I only block as a very last resort.
Anyway back to the debate.
I think Cellino will hang on in there and maybe take the FL on.
Not ideal but why should he walk away agter pumping so much into the club?

VOF,
I agree, we don't need the background attention, it doesn't serve the club well. however, it didn't under Bates and it didn't under GFH, both raped the club for what they could get.
While I understand, and agree with your point, sometimes you have to stand up for what you believe in, and for what is right, that is the reason Cellino has my support.
The FL, imo want Leeds to stay in championship, they / the fans generate a lot of money, especially in away games at clubs with low attendances, and more so at home games.
Will the FL lay off hounding LUFC if another owner / consortium, other than Bates took ownership of LUFC, I don't believe they will, they want us in championship, where they can control us for financial reasons, that's my opinion of course.
Doesn't matter who owns us, they will continue to hound us where they can.
Do you think it makes sense to get behind, and support an owner who has shown more caring, more commitment and more support than the last 3 owners put together?
He is what we asked for, he is what we got, I believe we should stand up for someone who is standing up for us.......the fans....

A great quote from the YEP:
"I think the club should do something ludicrous like just employ a hamster or a swede as the Chairman for three months. Just sit a cabbage with a face drawn on it in the office for three months while it is blatantly still run by Cellino. Surely he will just stick his son or his barber in charge. "
