Not done one of these for a while so might as well have a look at what's happening at Tannadice these days.
There's a decent piece on young Charlie Telfer in the Tele ahead of his tribunal next week for his transfer fee:

A few interesting comments which perhaps might be of interest to any Rangers fans looking on, talking about how coaches don't always practice what they preach and don't give players the freedom to go out and make mistakes when being positive. He also talks up the intensity of the training due to competition for places.
Elsewhere, the Daily Fail were linking Armstrong with a move away to Celtic for £2m. Not sure if there is any truth in the matter. I'd imagine Celtic have always asked to be kept informed of any developments. Thankfully it's unlikely to be agent inspired mischief given that, as far as I'm aware, Armstrong doesn't have an agent.
John Souttar has had a bit of coverage this week after coming back into the team at Motherwell. First he was talking about his injury lay off and how he couldn't complain about being injured when his pal Jordan Moore was recovering from cancer. Second Darren Jackson has been in the press talking about how he's added (much needed) steel to his game. That's the part of his game that needed improving so hopefully we'll see more of it.
On to the youths, we got a 4-3 victory against Killie this week and once again it was Adeyemo who got the winner. The young Terrors were 3-0 up before being pegged back to 3-3. Ali Coote got a first half brace in the game. We now go on to play Celtic in the youth cup on Saturday at Tannadice with a 1pm kick off.
Before that we have a trip to Dingwall to play Ross County in the BT Sport live game on Friday. With Butcher and Connolly making a big impact in the win at Motherwell both will be hoping to start. Fojut should also return, so it'll be interesting to see who Jackie goes with at right back after Keith came into the team and got the winner. I think he might still go with Dillon.

This is it mate.
If you can make an argument as to why Dundee are the bigger team then I'm all ears.

Do you rate Armstrong Ivan?
Do you think he would fit in at Celtic?

Curly, I've no idea what's going on mate. He was due to be up in court last week but there was no word on what's happened with it or if indeed it went before a court. It's very weird.
Irvine - Armstrong on a technical and physical level has all the tools to step up and be one of the best midfielders in Scotland. Absolutely no doubt about it. He's good in possession, makes great runs, has pace, is strong. What he lacks is the mental toughness to impose himself on the game and belief in his own ability. He's maybe just too nice.
Zico, we had more supporters at Motherwell on Saturday than they had at home to Aberdeen on the same day.

A wee update to the DUFC news:
Charlie Telfer has won the young player of the month award for November. Well done Charlie.
Another kick in the teeth for Rangers this morning.

So just before the tribunal, the player in question wins Young Player of the Month...
Don't need a tinfoil hat to see why that was done. What's the betting it'll be £500k now? That'd keep the club afloat for at least a week.
Pleased for Telfer, though I'd have perhaps given it to Connolly over him.
