Basel Fans

Strangely enough I've always found foreign fans much louder than British fans. Don't know if it's because we're quite reserved as a race or not. Loudest I remember at the Bridge was Alpoel Nicosea and FC Copenhagen. The Danes speak very good English - it was very surreal being insulted in English by Scandinavian accents!

The ludo fans and madrid fans were as good.

I was sat in the Kop for Ludogorets so I wasn't as close. Last night I was in the ARE so a lot closer - was phenomenal.

Basel fans were brilliant. Mind you, they were caning it on Matthew Street from 1pm.

Btw, my missus wouldn't even talk to a Manc.

They were very good but it got proper cold in the second half on the balcony of the executivebox so I had to retreat inside and shutthe patio door watching it on tv

😄😄😄 it was a work thing, it was my turn get it once maybe twice a year. Superb night out apart from the result obviously
