... I detest this competition it is so Mickey Mouse and I really hope that if we do not get a CL spot this year that we finish 8th and we do not have to prostitute ourselves around Europe in this totally meaningless & totally devalued Cup.

I think that we are caught in a vicious circle we do enough every year to qualify for the EL we get knocked after qualifying for the knockout stages of the EL we get knocked out of the Domestic Cups and we play s hite on a Sunday generally after a EL game on a Thursday night.

Most of europe takes the Europa serious,but English teams seem to think they are above it,either get in the champions league,win the Europa or stop showing the competition so much disrespect

I hate the competition in it's current format. I would rather swerve it. Champions league or nothing until they fix it.

It should be a matter of pride to the players IMO. 99% of Sunday players give 100% every time they pull on a kit yet its fairly obvious that some highly paid players play when they feel like it.
And going by this article some of the fans are just as fussy.
