Cellino to stand down

Were miles better off under Cellino than we were under Mcdonut, Grayson etc. We have a bigger squad, a better squad and a younger squad with barely any journeymen. Our keeper is one of the best in the league and is young, we have ball playing defenders, talented youngsters in midfield including a Brazilian whiz kid

You'd be stupid to say were worse under him .....

As for him stepping down, mixed emotions from me. Less hassle yes, but I don't back down to anyone, I don't roll over neither, I'm not happy that the FL have got our owner to do such thing.

Whilst I can see we have better players on the pitch, we're still miles off being a decent team and we're a good base for building something good, but with a transfer embargo in jan and not knowing what's happening with who's running the club, I can see results getting even worse.

Results and league positions don't lie....and while you could say there are some positive things about this squad compared to the others I mentioned there is no getting away from the fact we are in a worse position.

Add what Hgate said about transfers and a few defeats over Christmas as expected and we are going to be well and truly in a battle at the bottom.

Results aren't that bad tbh, drew with Norwich away, beat derby at home, beat Bournemouth away, its just consistency that were lacking and killing teams off. We had Blackburn and Rotherham beaten but we threw those away

How are results not that bad?? If we play well and lose, it's not a result.

Yes but if we score more goals and concede fewer, results will take care of themselves.

Bottom line is this, some on here are overly whingy and stupidly pessimistic and some of us are normal.
